We ship via UPS and have secured their special wine shipping rates which we pass along to you. Note that someone who is at least 21 years old will need to sign for the package. For this reason, we recommend sending packages to business/commercial addresses if possible.
**Please note: During hot or very cold weather months, your shipment may be delayed to prevent damage to your wine.**
Where do we ship? We ship to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC and Wisconsin. If you make your purchase in person in our Tasting Room, we can also ship to Delaware and Rhode Island.
How fast will it get there? We normally ship out orders on Tuesdays but are happy to accommodate any requests if you'd like us to send your wine sooner or on a different day. Just give us a shout at email@example.com or include a note when you checkout. You can select the shipping speed at checkout but most orders ship UPS Ground which generally takes about 5 business days depending on where you live.
How will you know when to expect your package so you can sign for it? You will receive an email when your order ships and can check the progress of your package with the tracking information included.
What if you're a member of the wine club? Regular wine club shipments go out in February, June and October. We'll send you an email about a week in advance of the shipment date so you know it's coming. If you know that you'll be out of town or if the weather is not cooperating, just let us know and we can arrange for a different ship date. Once it ships out, you'll receive an email and can monitor the progress of the package with the tracking information included.
